Decided to stay late the other night and practice my ball control instead of heading out to the pub like a normal bloke. I kinda liked this little move - a behind the leg cross. Took me a while to get it right but it was well worth it.

It’s so hot and sticky in the office and, of course, the air conditioning decides that this is the best time of year to give up the ghost. Too hot for it to work, apparently!
